             Thread sealant are applied on threads of fluid carrying systems to prevent leakage of the fluid due to vibrations, impact and other operating conditions. Different grade of thread sealant are available    depending upon the applications specific gravity pressure viscosity and temperature.

             Leakage from mating flanges, fretting corrosion between flanges loosening of bolts as gaskets relax cause because of vibration, impacts and other operating conditions, failed gaskets.

             Liquid gasketing products are applied on the flanges to prevent leakage, different grades are available depending upon application cure state, Temperature, Gap Fill, Viscosity, Cure speed.

             Loose bearing and shaft, that have become oval, recurring wear of    co-axial assemblies, fretting corrosion, damaged parts during press-fits / shrink fits.

             Retaining compounds are used to overcome the problem of press-fits, shrink-fit and to retained the bearing for a longer time. Retaining compound are classified on the following grounds   application, Specific Gravity, Breakaway, Viscosity, Cure Speed and Temperature.
