A two-component non-machine able grade material based on a silicon-steel alloy blended within high molecular weight reactive polymers and ligomers. The system is designed for resurfacing metals and offers  rotection against the effects of erosion-corrosion in fluid flow systems

A two component system consisting of a base and solidifier . The product is based on high molecular weight polymers and oligomers incorporating abrasion resistant ceramic aggregates. This material may be applied from 1/4 inch (6 mm) to unlimited thickness onto horizontal or vertical surfaces. The system protects the substrate from abrasive attack

Morsel Ceramic Putty 2025

Wearing compound combined with the abrasion resistant properties of both large and small ceramic beads and silicone carbide in a trowelable epoxy that protects against the damage of hard sliding abrasion. Thickness of 4-6 mm can be achieved.

Morsel Ceramic Carbide FP 2022

It is a two-component epoxy, filled with small ceramic beads for protecting processing equipment from fine particle abrasion. Trowelable epoxy is recommended for rebuilding, repairing and protecting pump housing, chutes, elbows, cyclones, and other material handling equipment against pneumatic abrasion.

Morsel ceramic putty, filled with ceramic fibers give this trowelable putty excellent wear and abrasion resistant properties provides smooth low friction finish for equipment exposed to wear, erosion and cavitation thickness of 2-4 mm can be achieved.
